Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American actor and singer. She's best known as a theater actress as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. While on Broadway in the role of Belle van der Pol, she composed a number of songs that could be heard on the music of the musical, like A Change in Me.
